Friends of the Award
Who are the Friends?
Friends of the Award was established in 1998 with the remit to support the operation of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award throughout the Edinburgh and Lothians area. The charity has a Board of Directors and Management Committee composed entirely of volunteers. Members give generously of their time and talents, and contribute much to leader training and networking. Friends of the Award is funded entirely by charitable donations and sponsorship.
